SynapseGym was developed with the principle of "Privacy by Design." We do not collect personal data ourselves and do not transmit any of your training data to our servers.

• All training data remains locally on your device
• No transmission of training data to our servers
• No creation of user profiles by us
• No sharing with third parties by us

3. Local Data Storage

The app only stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your training progress and statistics
• App settings (difficulty level, language, etc.)
• Game saves and reached levels
• Purchase status for in-app purchases

This data never leaves your device and can be completely deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Apple App Store & In-App Purchases

Data is processed by Apple when downloading the app and making in-app purchases:

Apple collects data such as your Apple ID, purchase history, and device information during download. This processing is carried out by Apple Inc. in accordance with their privacy policies.

In-App Purchases

SynapseGym offers in-app purchases. These are fully handled via Apple’s StoreKit. We do not receive any payment data from you. Apple processes your payment information in accordance with their privacy policies.

5. Apple App Analytics

If you have consented to sharing app analytics in your iOS settings, Apple receives anonymized usage statistics. These include:

• App launches and usage duration
• Crash reports
• Device type and iOS version (anonymized)

This data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple. It is not possible to identify individual users. You can disable this feature at any time in the iOS settings under "Privacy & Security" → "Analytics & Improvements".

Apart from the above-mentioned Apple services, SynapseGym does not use any other third-party services that collect data:

• No social media integration
• No cloud synchronization
• No tracking SDKs

• Delete all local app data by uninstalling
• Disable Apple App Analytics in iOS settings
• Reset app settings

9. Data Security

Since all training data is stored locally on your device, the security of this data is your responsibility. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or Face ID/Touch ID and performing regular iCloud backups.
