SynapseGym was developed with the principle of 'Privacy by Design'. We do not collect personal data ourselves and do not transfer any of your training data to our servers.

• All training data remains locally on your device.
• No transmission of training data to our servers.
• No creation of user profiles by us.
• No sharing with third parties by us.

3. Local storage

The app stores only the following data locally on your device:

• Your training progress and statistics
• App settings (difficulty, language, etc.)
• Save games and reached level
• Purchase status for in-app purchases

These data never leave your device and can be completely deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Apple App Store & In-App Purchases

Data is processed by Apple during the download of the app and in-app purchases:

Apple collects data such as your Apple ID, purchase history and device information during the download. This processing is carried out by Apple Inc. in accordance with their privacy policy.

In-App purchases

SynapseGym offers in-app purchases. These are processed entirely via Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive your payment data. Apple processes your payment information according to their privacy policy.

5. Apple App Analytics

If you have allowed in your iOS settings the sharing of app analytics, Apple receives anonymized usage statistics. These include:

• App launches and usage duration
• Crash reports
• Device type and iOS version (anonymized)

This data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple. Identifying individual users is not possible. You can disable this feature at any time in the iOS Settings under Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements.

If you contact us by email (e.g., for support inquiries), the data you provide (email address, name, message) will be stored by us to handle your request.

Apart from the Apple services mentioned above, SynapseGym does not use any other third-party services that collect data:

• No own analytics tools
• No advertising networks
• No social media integration
• No cloud synchronization
• No tracking SDKs

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access (Art. 15 GDPR): You can request access to the data processed about you.
• Rectification (Art. 16 GDPR): You can request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion (Art. 17 GDPR): You can request deletion of your data.

• Data portability (Art. 20 GDPR): You can receive your data in a commonly used format.

Additionally, you can at any time:

• Delete all local app data on uninstall
• Disable Apple App Analytics in iOS settings
• Reset the app settings

9. Data security

Since all training data is stored locally on your device, the security of this data is your responsibility. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or Face ID / Touch ID and performing regular iCloud backups.
