SynapseGym was developed with “Privacy by Design” in mind. We do not collect personal data and do not transmit your training data to our servers.

• All training data remains locally on your device
• No transmission of training data to our servers
• No user profiling by us
• No sharing with third parties by us

3. Local Data Storage

The app only stores the following data locally on your device:

• Your training progress and statistics
• App settings (difficulty level, language, etc.)
• Game scores and achieved levels
• Purchase status for in-app purchases

This data never leaves your device and can be completely deleted at any time by uninstalling the app.

4. Apple App Store & In-App Purchases

When downloading the app and making in-app purchases, data is processed by Apple:

Apple collects data such as your Apple ID, purchase history, and device information when downloading. This processing is carried out by Apple Inc. according to their privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

SynapseGym offers in-app purchases. These are processed entirely through Apple's StoreKit. We do not receive any payment data from you. Apple processes your payment information according to their privacy policy.

5. Apple App Analytics

If you have agreed to share app analytics in your iOS settings, Apple receives anonymized usage statistics. These include:

• App launches and usage duration
• Crash reports
• Device type and iOS version (anonymized)

This data is aggregated and anonymized by Apple. Identification of individual users is not possible. You can disable this feature at any time in iOS Settings under “Privacy & Security” → “Analytics & Improvements”.

• No tracking SDKs

• Delete all local app data by uninstalling

Since all training data is stored locally on your device, the security of this data is your responsibility. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode or Face ID/Touch ID and performing regular iCloud backups.
